At AGPH, we’re passionate about getting your books into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our Shipping policy, from costs to delivery timelines.
1. Shipping Locations
We proudly ship to all corners of India by our Shipping Policy.
For international orders, we’re happy to assist! Please reach out to us at books@acadmicguru24x7.com for a custom shipping quote and availability. Note that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply for international shipments, which are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over ₹999.
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹70 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.
Remote Areas: Deliveries to rural or hard-to-reach locations may incur a small surcharge, which will be displayed at checkout.
All shipping costs are clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
3. Shipping Time
Order Processing: We process orders within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Note: Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. Weather, holidays, or unforeseen events (e.g., carrier delays) may also affect shipping times, and we’ll keep you updated if this happens.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey via our shipping partner’s website. If you don’t receive your tracking details within 3 business days of your order, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
5. Failed Deliveries
We rely on our trusted shipping partners to get your books to you, but sometimes things don’t go as planned:
If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., incorrect address, no one available to receive), our carrier will typically make up to two additional attempts.
After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. We’ll notify you, and if you’d like it resent, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Products
We pack every order with care, but if something goes wrong:
Damaged Items: If your book arrives with torn pages, a damaged cover, or other issues, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Send us photos of the damage (including the packaging), and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Missing Items: Received only part of your order? Let us know within 72 hours, and we’ll make it right.
Lost Shipments: If your tracking shows no updates for over 10 business days (or 21 days for international orders), contact us, and we’ll investigate with the carrier. Depending on the outcome, we’ll reship your order or issue a refund.
7. Pre-Orders and Special Orders
Books on pre-order or special order (e.g., rare editions) will ship as soon as they’re available. We’ll provide an estimated shipping date at the time of purchase. If there’s a delay from our suppliers, we’ll keep you informed via email.
8. Sustainability Commitment
We’re committed to reducing our environmental footprint. Wherever possible, we use recyclable or biodegradable packaging materials to ship your books.
