Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. This gives you ample time to review your books and ensure they meet your expectations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as when you received it (unread, unmarked, and undamaged).
In its original packaging, including any dust jackets, shrink wrap, or accompanying materials (e.g., bookmarks or inserts).
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

We take pride in delivering your books in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

The book is damaged (e.g., torn pages, bent covers, or water damage).
The item is defective (e.g., misprinted pages or binding issues).
You received the wrong title or edition.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Need a different book? The quickest way to get what you want is to return your current item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired title. We’ll process your refund promptly so you can get back to reading!

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact, and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase. Contact us at [your email address] to start the process.

Refunds

Shipping Costs
