teacher education: skills and practices

The goal of teacher education programs is to equip future educators with the knowledge and skills they need to handle the difficulties of their career and help their students succeed. To improve educators ability to organise and deliver instruction, offer appropriate reinforcement, and perform successful assessment, we must equip them with training and experience in the many methods, approaches, and tactics that might help them do so. Skills in the material preparation, classroom management, and communication all factor significantly. The philosophical, social, and psychological factors that provide educators a firm footing on which to build their classroom practises are all part of pedagogical theory. This approach is tailored to each developmental stage by focusing on the unique set of challenges and opportunities that come with it. Skills that would assist instructors advance professionally and contribute to that advancement are called professional skills.
