Dr.Shakti Prathaban is the Head of Department of Applied Economics in G.S College of Commerce and Economics (Autonomous) Jabalpur with a total of 38 years of teaching experience along with administrative responsibilities. At present she is the Course Coordinator of Research Centre in the college. She is also the Secretary, Academic Council in college.She has written 8 books. She has successfully participated in an International Faculty Development Program.Over a period of time one Indian Utility Patent, one Indian Design Patent have been registered in which she is one of the applicants. Dr. Naresh Chandra Tripathi is the Principal of G. S. College of Commerce and Economics (Autonomous), Jabalpur (M. P.) He completed M. Com. from Kanpur University, Kanpur, M.B.A in Finance from IGNOU and Ph. D. in H. R. from R.D.V.V University, Jabalpur (M. P.). Dr. Tripathi has written 12 books and 72 research papers, which have been published in international and national journals. He has completed two UGC research projects one seed money project and organised three national seminars on Entrepreneurship Development, Financial Sector Reforms and Total Quality Management in Higher Education. and one International seminar on Sustainable Tourism for Viksit Bharat. He is a life member of Indian Commerce Association, Indian Accounting Association and INSPIRA. He is also the founder secretary of Indian Accounting Association Jabalpur branch and has served as member of executive council of Indian Accounting Association. 24 Research scholars have been awarded PhDs under his guidance. Dr. Tripathi has also served as member of the visiting faculty, Government Engineering College Jabalpur, IGNOU , KVP Varanasi, SR College Jabalpur and other reputed institutions of India.

Dr. Shiv Kumar Vyas is a distinguished academician, researcher, and author known for his valuable contributions to literature, education, and the field of positive thinking. He was born on 3rd June 1970 in Panagar (Jabalpur) and has maintained an excellent academic record, holding an M.A. degree with a Gold Medal, along with M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees. He is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Govindram Seksaria Institute of Economics & Commerce (Autonomous), Jabalpur. Dr. Vyas has actively participated in numerous national and international seminars and conferences, and his research articles have been published in reputed journals. He has also been involved in various literary and cultural movements, reflecting his dedication to intellectual and social development. As an author, he has written several notable books, including Nari Chetna in the Fiction of Malti Joshi, Post-Chhayavaad Poetry, Prayojanmoolak Hindi, and Positive Thinking: The Key to Success. In addition, he has contributed as an editor to important publications such as Nirman Annual Magazine, Panagar Darpan, and National Education Policy 2020: Educational Opportunities, Issues and Challenges. Through his continuous work in teaching, research, writing, and editing, Dr. Vyas remains a respected and influential figure in the academic community.

Dr. Gyanandre Tripathi is presently Associate Professor and Head of Department of Management G.S. College of Commerce & Economics Autonomous, Jabalpur (M.P.). He completed his Masters Degree in Commerce from Jodhpur University (Rajasthan) and M.A. (Economics) from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya Jabalpur. He has done an M.B.A. (HR) from AIIMS Nagaland and Ph.D. from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya Jabalpur. Dr. Tripathi has Authored 10 books and contributed chapters to different books, 73 Research Papers which have been published in International and National Journals. He has completed one Minor Research Project sanctioned by UGC and organized National and International Seminars. He is a life member of Indian Commerce Association, Indian Accounting Association and Indian Management Association. More than twenty research scholars have been awarded Ph.D. under his supervision.
