Dr. Sudheer K.V. is an assistant professor of psychology at the highly reputed and NAAC A++ accredited institution Sri Dharamshala Manjunatheshwara College (Autonomous), Ujire, D.K., Karnataka, bringing over 18 years of teaching, research, and training experience in the field of psychology. He holds a Ph.D. degree in psychology from Karnatak University, Dharwad, has qualified the KSET (2012). He has published 22 research articles in various national and international reputed journals as well as 5 chapters in different edited ISBN books. He has presented papers at numerous international and national conferences. Dr. Sudheer K.V. has served as a resource person for conferences, seminars, workshops, and guest lectures organized by highly reputed colleges of Karnataka and Kerala. He serves on the board of studies of different colleges recognized under Mangalore University. With a great passion for research, he also serves as a research guide in psychology affiliated with Mangalore University.

Dr. Shailaja M is an accomplished academician, psychologist, and researcher with extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. She currently serves as Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Humanities, and Coordinator of the PG Department of Psychology at St. Pauls College, Bengaluru. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Bangalore University and has made significant contributions to the advancement of psychological education and research. Dr. Shailaja has published numerous research papers in reputed journals, focusing on mental health, yoga, well-being, and organizational behavior. She is also an active resource person, delivering lectures and workshops on research methodology, life skills, and stress management. Her book, Research Methodology: Concepts, Methods and Practical Applications, reflects her commitment to making research accessible, practical, and meaningful for students and scholars.

Dr. Mamatha J is a seasoned academician, holding a Doctorate from KUD, Dharwad, and Diploma in Neuropsychology in SLD, with over 20 years of teaching experience in the field of Psychology. She has made significant scholarly contributions through numerous publications in reputed journals, including UGC CARE and Scopus-indexed journals. She is an accomplished author who has authored two books. She has extensive experience in guiding postgraduate students, demonstrating strong research expertise and effective mentorship. Her engagement with students has contributed meaningfully to their academic and professional development. In addition to her teaching and research roles, she still continues to pursue professional growth through various certification courses.

Bhavani .K.B is currently serves as an Assistant Professor at ST PAULS COLLEGE, Bengaluru. Her diverse career includes significant tenures at Bangalore University, Padmashree Group of Institutions, and a prior role as Head of the Department of Psychology at SLN College. A lifelong learner, Bhavani is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychological Counseling. She holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Alternative Medicine, specializing in Yoga and Naturopathy. An award-winning researcher and NCC ‘C’ certificate holder, she specializes in career and emotional counseling, with a unique focus on nutritional awareness and mindfulness. Her work is driven by a passion for holistic mental health and empowering the next generation through empathetic listening and academic excellence.
