Dr. Rama Sharma is a distinguished academician and researcher with 15 years of teaching experience in higher education and 3 years of industry experience in human resource management. She is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management, Chandigarh Engineering College-CGC, Landran, Mohali. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, and is UGC-NET qualified. Her academic and research interests include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Sustainability, and Research Methodology. Dr. Sharma has published more than 15 research papers and book chapters in Scopus-indexed and peer- reviewed journals, edited volumes, and reputed conference proceedings. She is also the holder of multiple national and international patents focusing on digital transformation, employee wellness, and social innovation. Her scholarly work reflects a sustained commitment to academic excellence and innovation in management education.

Dr. Divya Alok is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA in International Business, with over 12 years of teaching experience. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Jagannath International Management School (JIMS), New Delhi. She has taught Research Methodology at the postgraduate level and guided numerous dissertation projects at institutes affiliated with the University of Mumbai. Her academic interests include research design, data analysis, and applied management research. Through her teaching and research supervision, she focuses on making research methodology clear, structured, and practically relevant for students.

Prasanna Suresh Pai residing at Vile Parle East Mumbai Suburban with his family from last above 40 years. He had done his Schooling from St Xaviers High School Vile parle West class of 1993 and college from M. L. Dahanukar college Vile Parle East class of 1998 University of Mumbai. He had a vast 18 years experience into Finance and Accounts and Audit Domain, have worked in prominent organizations such as Haribhakti & Co, JP Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bank Group, Nair & Co Corporate Solutions and WNS Global Services Pvt Ltd. He had published 8 Research Articles on Corporate Governance in Banks. He had also published 3 Books. He had received 2 Honorary Doctorates Awards in Finance and Accounts Domain.
