Vikas Asawat is an alumnus of inception batch of Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Kharagpur. He also holds degree of Master of Intellectual Property Law (MIPL). He is practicing as an Advocate and Patent & Trade Mark Attorney. He also remained Project Officer at IP Facilitation Centre, Punjab State Council for S&T, Chandigarh during his early professional journey. He has been resource person/ principal speaker on various Intellectual Property (IP) issues in various institutes including Institutes of National Importance. He is also involved in dissemination of information related to IP through article and news briefing in leading newspapers of India.
Sohini Mondal is an Indian Patent Practitioner with a postgraduate degree in Chemistry from IIT Madras. Working at the intersection of science and intellectual property law, her expertise includes patent drafting, prosecution, and strategic patent analysis across diverse technological domains.
