He holds a Ph.D. in Commerce and Management and has over 13 years of combined academic and corporate experience. He has published more than 30 research papers and authored several academic books, patents, and copyrights.

Dr. Angshuman De is an Associate Professor of Biochemistry at Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan, Kolkata. He is also a senior consultant biochemist and quality assurance professional. He has published widely and serves as a reviewer for reputed medical journals.

Dr. Manjula Dhulipala is an Assistant Professor in the MBA Department and In-charge Head of the BBA Department at Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, Mumbai. With over 13 years of teaching and industry experience, her interests include organizational behavior, human resource management, and neuroscience for managerial effectiveness.
