She currently serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Foundations of Education , Faculty of Education, at Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Deemed to be University ,Dayalbagh, Agra. She is Co-ordinator, School of Education (Under PMMMNMTT,Ministry of Education ) She also coordinates initiatives related to NEP 2020 (UGC & AICTE), Sustainability Research, and the Universal Human Values (UHV) Cell. A Ph.D. in Education, Dr. Dixit has consistently demonstrated academic excellence, securing top positions in her postgraduate studies, including M.Ed. and M.A. in Human Rights & Duties. She is a qualified JRF NET (Education) , NET (Human Rights) scholar.
