Dr.Bharat N. Patil (M.Sc.,Ph.D.) is an Associate Professor in subject of chemistry at RFNS Senior Science College, Akkalkuwa, Dist- Nandurbar (M.S.) India with 18 years of rich research and 12 years of undergraduate teaching experience. He had serve in key academic position such as Head of Department, IQAC Co-ordinator and Incharge Principal. He has completed his Ph.D. from KBCNMU, Jalgaon (M.S.) under prestigious DAE-BRNS project, BARC,Mumbai,India. His area of research included Adsorption chemistry, Nanochemistry and Surface chemistry. He has published 25 research papers, 5 patents and one book chapter on his credit. He is also recognized as Ph. D. guide. Currently he is supervising one Ph.D. student and authored two text books. Dr. Vijay Shivaji Patil (M.Sc., Ph.D), Head and Associate Professor, Department of Chemistry at RFNS, Senior Science College Akkalkuwa brings 12 years of undergraduate teaching and research experience. A recognized research guide of Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari, North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. He currently supervising 3 Ph.D students and has authored 6 textbooks alongside over 20 research papers in reputed journals, while holding 7 patents. He has presented papers in many national and international conferences. He earned life members of various academic bodies like ACT, AJCER. His research focuses on bioactive heterocycles. Beyond academia, serves as NSS District Coordinator. He has received 8 national and international awards

Mr. Gopal Madhukarrao Shende is an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at RFNS Senior Science College, Akkalkuwa, District Nandurbar, Maharashtra, India. He holds an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry and has qualified the State Eligibility Test (SET) twice, demonstrating strong academic proficiency and teaching competence. With more than 12 years of teaching experience, he is actively engaged in undergraduate and postgraduate education, with specialization in organic chemistry. He has successfully guided students for competitive examinations such as NET, SET, GATE, and JAM, contributing to their academic achievements. His research interests focus on green synthesis and nanotechnology, emphasizing environmentally sustainable chemical processes. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University (KBC NMU), Jalgaon. He has published 10 national and international research papers, holds two patents, and has presented research papers at several conferences. He is a life member of academic bodies such as ACT and AJCER. As a book author, his work highlights fundamental concepts and reaction mechanisms in organic synthesis in a clear, student-friendly style.

Mr. Rajeshvarsing Sardarsing Padavi (M.Sc., NET) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at RFNS, Senior Science College, Akkalkuwa, Dist. Nandurbar, Maharashtra, India. He has 12 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate level. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. He has published 03 research paper in reputed national and international journals. He is life members of various academic bodies, including the Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), ACT & AJCER.
