About the Author
Dr. Vijay Kumar Shukla was born in Raniya Pur Goabrhi village of Bahraich district, Uttar Pradesh. His primary education was completed in the village school itself. He completed his high school education from Ganga Prasad Mishri Lal Inter College, Kouria Gonda and his intermediate education from K.B. Inter College, Payagpur (Bahraich). He pursued his graduation from M L K P G College, Balrampur and his post-graduation from Lal Bahadur Shastri Mahavidyalaya, Gonda. In December 2004, he qualified the UGC-NET examination. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya. At present, he is working as an Assistant Professor of Sociology at Ganna Utpadak Mahavidyalaya, Baheri. He is a dedicated, hardworking, disciplined and honest teacher who is deeply committed to his work and to the students.
