Dr. (Lt.) Bushra Alvera Dr. (Lt.) Bushra Alvera is a dedicated academician and researcher, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education (B.Ed.) at Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University. With over a decade of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, she has developed expertise in Educational Psychology, Special Education, Educational Technology, and Science Teaching. She possesses a strong academic background, having completed her B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Ed., and M.Ed. from Aligarh Muslim University, along with an M.A. in Hindi. She has qualified NET and JRF in Education and earned her Ph.D. in Education, reflecting her strong academic foundation. Dr. Alvera has published over 30 research papers, chapters and edited academic books. She has guided Ph.D. scholars and postgraduate students, contributing significantly to research mentorship. Alongside her academic contributions, she actively participates in seminars, conferences, and workshops, with numerous paper presentations and invited talks. She also holds key administrative roles, including NCC Associate Officer, NSS Programme Officer, and university proctor. Beyond academia, she is a creative writer, contributing to children’s and science magazines, with her work recognized through prestigious awards such as the Nari Shakti Samman and Nari Aparajita Samman.

Prof. (Dr.) Sandip Ghosh is an academician with more than 19 years of Teaching & Research experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering. He completed his Doctoral from Jadavpur University in Thermal Engineering specialization in 2015. His primary field of research is Nuclear safety and he had been a research fellow in various funded Research Projects related to Two phase leak flow analysis in collaboration with BARC, Mumbai. He has also completed funded projects on tribological characterization of materials developed by Electroless Coating methods. His other fields of interests includes Electric Vehicles, Renewability study of Power generating units, use of nanofluids in microchip cooling; Nonconventional Refrigeration etc. He has authored more than 35 peer reviewed Journals & Conference papers, book chapters. Dr. Ghosh has also published 21 patents on several fields of engineering innovation. He delivered invited talks in several Conferences and Faculty Development Programs.

Dr. Tanveer Sharma has completed M.Tech, M.A. in English and a Ph.D. in English. She has more than three years of experience working as an Assistant Professor of English and is passionate about teaching and education. Now, She is pursuing her B.Ed from Bagla Mukhi College of Education to improve her teaching skills and contribute more effectively to the field of education. Dr. Sharma is also a published poet and has co-authored many national and international anthologies. She enjoys writing poetry and articles and continues to inspire others through her literary and academic work.
