Description

Book Title: Cardiovascular Diseases: Prevention and Treatment of Heart Attack and Sudden Cardiac Arrest

Cardiovascular Diseases: Prevention and Treatment of Heart Attack and Sudden Cardiac Arrest presents a clear and integrated view of heart health. The book explains how genetics, environment, lifestyle, and physiology together shape cardiovascular risk. It helps readers understand both prevention and treatment strategies.
First, the book discusses inherited heart disorders and congenital conditions. It explains how family history and genetic testing influence early diagnosis. Next, it examines environmental risks such as toxic metals and their effects on cardiac rhythm. The book then connects common conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and kidney disease with heart function.
Moreover, it highlights sudden cardiac arrest during physical activity. It explains training load, recovery, and rehabilitation practices. The book also addresses mental health, nutrition, and lifestyle care. Finally, it introduces advanced diagnostics, minimally invasive treatments, and regenerative therapies. This book supports informed decision-making and long-term cardiovascular care.
