Before being a National doctoral fellow (NDF-AICTE) at Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra, Ranchi, he started his career as a formulation scientist in the pharmaceutical business. He also researched formulation design and development, novel drug delivery systems, abbreviated new drug applications (ANDAs), molecular modelling, and more. Additionally, he used a few in-silico techniques, including Quality-by-Design (QbD), to create unique formulations of various dosage forms and Artificial Intelligence (AI) using machine learning and deep learning for building medication delivery systems and healthcare support systems. He has published several research and review publications in the disciplines and patents. Recently, he earned many national and international accolades for his research career from various Indian organizations.Asst. Prof Bharati D Gawai is a faculty member currently at JSPM’s Rajatshi Shahu nstitute of Pharmacy and Research,Tathawde Pune. Pursuing her Ph.D. from Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Kothrud Pune. Also holds 3+ years of experience in academics as an Assistant Professor in the Pharmacology Department Completed M.Pharm in pharmacology from Sinhgad college of Pharmacy, Vadgaon Pune.Prof. Dr. Jaya P. Sharma is Professor and Principal in School of Pharmacy, Apex University Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. She has 26 years of teaching experience. Her qualification include PhD from Satinath University Ranchi, Jharkhand. M.Pharm from Dr. MGR University Chennai Tamilnadu.
