Studies of urban resources, the environment, and types have all benefited greatly by the widespread use of remotely sensed information over the last three to four decades. Modern computers can now more effectively and efficiently manage geospatial data thanks to the development of GIS. Many works have been published with the term “integration” because researchers have tried to use these data and voluminous geospatial technologies to take more about natural and human systems and to analyse and forecast their behaviours through time. The ideas, methods, and applications of remote sensing as well as GIS integration are all covered in this book. Before diving into specific integration methods, many theoretical perspectives are first discussed. This book delves deeply into issues including integration’s tiers, methodologies, and models. The article continues by exploring real-world methods for combining remote sensing with GIS technologies and data. Next, the book uses the theoretical and methodological foundations to analyse the existing conceptual and technological issues to integration, as well as potential solutions.
